To Belarus without visa!

From January 1, 2018, citizens of 77 countries can visit Belarus without a visa for a stay of up to 15 days on the basis of a tourist entry permit. Without a visa, foreign citizens can come to the area of the visa-free regime “Brest – Grodno” in the following territory: Brest city, Brest, Pruzhany, Kamenets, Zhabinka districts of the Brest region, as well as Grodno, Berestovitsa, Volkovysk, Voronovo, Grodno, Lida, Svisloch , Schuchin districts of Grodno region.

Important! When visiting as part of an organized group, tourists can travel outside the visa-free territory and visit other areas of the Brest and Grodno regions, but only if such visits are included in the travel route planned by the tour operator.

The cost of an entry permit is 10 Euros per person at the NBRB rate (from 20 people the cost is 8 Euros/person, from 40 people the cost is 7 euro/person).You can pay for the selected service by bank transfer (the details will be given after filling out the questionnaire) or credit card (the link to payment will be given after filling out the questionnaire).

When crossing the border you need to have the following documents with you:

Passport

Tourist entry permit (issued by us and sent to you by e-mail).

Tourist health insurance for the period of visiting the Republic of Belarus

Money. For each day of stay, have an amount in currency or Belarusian rubles equivalent to at least 2 basic rates (54 rubles or 23 Euros).

IMPORTANT!

A foreign citizen or stateless person who has arrived in the Republic of Belarus shall to register with the registration authority at the place of actual stay within 5 days, with the exception of Sundays, public holidays and days-off. The registration authorities in the Republic of Belarus are:

  • Ministry of foreign affairs
  • Internal affairs authority;
  • Hotel;
  • Sanatorium and resort organization;
  • Agro-ecotourism facility. For violations by citizens of this requirement, the administrative responsibility is prescribed according to part 1 of art. 23.55 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (warning or fine of up to 50 basic units or deportation).

Additional information

  • All individuals entering and leaving the country shall fill out the customs and cargo declarations (when importing commercial consignments of goods).
  • Travelers are allowed to carry up to 50 kg of personal luggage worth up to 1,500 euros.
  • Luggage exceeding these parameters is subject to a duty of 30%, but not less than 4 euros for each extra kilogram.
  • Import of foreign currency into Belarus is not limited. The amounts exceeding $ 10,000 in equivalent when imported into Belarus are subject to written declaration.
  • The import of animals and plants into Belarus is allowed only with the appropriate veterinary and medical certificates.
  • The import of the following goods is limited: alcohol and beer (not more than 3 liters per one individual over the age of 18), cigarettes (200 cigarettes or 50 cigars, or 250 g of tobacco or the indicated goods in assortment with a total weight not exceeding 250 grams).
The import of the following items to Belarus is FORBIDDEN:
  • firearms
  •  military equipment
  •  drugspoisons
  • radioactive and explosive substances.
  • arriving in Belarus by car, which is not registered in the Republic of Belarus or Russia (temporary import is registered);
  • pets travelling with individuals (cats, dogs, etc.);
  • cash, bank checks, securities in the amount of 10,000 or more US dollars;
  • more than 3 liters of any alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, tincture, vodka);
  • works of art and culture values;
  • goods worth more than 500 euros or weighing more than 25 kilograms;
  • potent drugs;
  • stun guns, weapons, including gas;
  • propaganda literature.
  • take photos and videos
  •  conduct conversations on mobile communications;
  • leave money in documents presented for verification;
  • take actions aimed at inciting the employees of state control bodies to
  • violation of the valid procedure for the implementation of border and other types of control, including offering and (or)
  • transfer to them any material values, offer and (or) provide property items.
Actions prohibited on the territory between the state border and the checkpoint: 
  • parking of vehicles;
  • boarding and landing of passengers;
  • loading and unloading;
  •  the location of individuals not related to crossing the State Border of the Republic of Belarus.
For the violations of this requirement by individuals, the administrative responsibility is prescribed under art. 23.31 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (warning with or without deportation or a fine of up to 50 basic units). 1 basic unit is 27 Belarusian rubles)
The driver of the vehicle shall have the original insurance certificate valid in the territory of the Republic and confirming civil liability insurance in the state member of the Green Card system. For participation in road traffic in the Republic of Belarus of a vehicle registered outside it, without a compulsory civil liability insurance contract for vehicle owners valid in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, administrative liability indicated according to part 4 of article 18.20 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 20 basic units. Toll roads: BELTOLL is road toll collection system in the Republic of Belarus Drivers on toll roads included in the BelToll http://beltoll.by/ system are required to pay drivers who drive the following types of vehicles:
  • Power-driven vehicles with a technically permissible total mass of more than 3.5 t.;
  • Power-driven vehicles with a technically permissible total mass of not more than 3.5 tons registered outside the Customs Union.
Drivers of vehicles with a technically permissible total weight of not more than 3.5 tons registered in the countries of the Customs Union are exempt from toll.
